In this assignment, I took the initiative to film my own short about an imaginary coffee brand. In my planning, I wanted to use a 1930's look that was prevalent in older films was used throughout the composition phases of the video, and this was achieved by using various modifiers and effects within Adobe After Effects. Throughout the shooting of the advertisement, I directed the actor's actions and made sure that a variety of camera angles were used. After filming, I composited the shots and used noise filters, grainy effects, and text overlays to make the setting appropriate to the time era it was inspired by.
